My journey in life has permitted me to engage with young adults, like yourself, as an educator, coach, and speaker, nationally and internationally. I was blessed to earn a Ph.D. in Intercultural Education, MBA, and MA in Religion. I also earned a board-certified coach (BCC)

credential to be better equipped to support young adults as they navigate life.

Our Values

Dr. Jeffrey Arnett found that many adults aged 18 to 29 are particularly uncertain about the future and constantly searching to understand who they are and what they want in life.
